I am not sure about gifted curriculum For high ability students. Hickory Grove and Widler Waite are elementary schools in this area. My son was in Widler Waite in kindergarten and he is going to go to hickory Grove in 1st grade.

Look for Dunlap school district. I am living in Peoria for more than 3 years. My son is in 1st grade. Best apartment to live here are either prairie lakes or prairie Vista. You will find a bug Indian community here.
