Me and my husband moving to Peoria in July and we are searching for apartments. I am working in CAT AD building (Downtown Peoria)
We are looking for 1 or 2 bed room apt with Garage and Comcast availability
Please let us know if the below apts are safe and also let us know if the Indian community live in these apartments and are they good for families? 
So far we found below 
1. Hollow Creek Phase 4
2. Knoxville Pointe
3. WoodSage Apartments
4. Hidden Oaks 
We like the below apts but we have few issues with them
1. Prairie Vista--No Storage room and Garage is not    
   available, Currently there is a waiting list for garage.
2. Prairie Lakes--No Comcast 
3. Timberlane --No Comcast
