Job Description:

 The Sr. Business Analyst will be an intricate part of the project team.  Business Analyst has assisted business units with creating project artifacts, policy writing and coordination of ICD-9 to ICD-10 implementation. The analyst will possess effective communications skills and be capable of solving complex problems. 

  Responsibilities

·        Support integrated system testing of the changes to the MMIS and CMSP for ICD-10.

·        Support of user-acceptance testing of the changes to the MMIS and the CMSP for ICD-10.

·        Research, analyze, and produce relevant materials to support the regulations related to MMIS and ICD-10 objectives.

·        Assist with the review of test results including, but not limited to: defect research, resolution, documentation, and action item tracking.

·        Verify and validate that both of the MMIS vendors are tracing all requirements to system test cases in their Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).

·        Collaborate with the team to establish thorough documentation.

 Skills and Qualifications

·        Expertise in creating Project Documentation

·        Minimum (3) years of experience performing MMIS system and user acceptance testing services on Medicaid projects.

·        A successful track record as a Business Analyst.

·        Experience in software development projects in the Healthcare arena (3+ years).

·        7+ years of relevant experience in working with Medicaid enhancement projects.

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent discipline or experience preferred.

·        Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

·        Resultsâ€�oriented, dynamic and selfâ€�motivated person.

·       Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
