The apartment is located approx 5 minutes drive from Caterpillar's Mossville plant. It has easy accessibility to grocery stores like Kroger and Walgreens. 

I will be moving out to another city and want someone to take over my lease.The lease ends in March 2013. The rent is - $620 per month (utilities included). Your rent starts from Jan 2013 but you can move in before Christmas holidays.
