I currently am staying in this apartment (Covington Club Apartments) located at the intersection on Glen Ave and University St. It's a 2 bed 1 bath apartment with over-size balcony (about 7 feet by 12 feet) on first floor. I would be moving out by June end (available from July 1 2012).  Rent is 690/month+utilities, highest I paid were $95 a month for electricity and gas. Internet would be extra. Deposit would be $300 and application fee of $ 30 per person. Current lease expires in Nov 2012. You can either choose to extend or move out. Excellent location; Schnucks store, Qdoba, Starbucks, Subway, Bed Bath and Beyond all are across the street. Taj Emporium (Indian Store) - 2 miles, Devon Foods (Indian Store) - 3.5 miles. Apartment complex has a decent Indian community and overall it’s a safe location. Please contact me for more details
