Hi, I will be moving out of this town very soon and I am looking for a person to take over my room in the apartment. The apartment is a part of Old Orchard apartments located on North Imperial Drive in Peoria. Exactly 10 miles from Caterpillar's Mossville plant and close to all the hotspots in Peoria. The neighborhood is very safe and the upkeep of Old Orchard apartments is excellent to say the least. The rent per person is 342.5 + Electricity/Gas + Internet. Water/Sewage and Thrash is included in the rent. The current lease expires in March 2012 but the property management has given the month of April as an added bonus for free. As an added incentive the month of July would be free for you as I have paid the rent for this month. And you can also keep the 125 USD deposit after the lease expires. My only condition is that you should put your name on the lease if you want to move in here because I do not want to be responsible for the apartment and rent once I am away.
